Searching the state of soul

Recently in artgallery "Dzyga" in Lvov habitants and guests of city could see the exhibition of known photoartist Yurij Kovalchyk. It follows to notice that all pictures are executed on a photographic paper made by hand. The recipe of photoemulsion developed and perfected the author of this pictures. Emulsion on the special technology is inflicted on a paper, as a result of what we get high quality pictures, which it is impossible to repeat, as it is impossible to repeat neither the structure of strokes nor mood of work. In fact only with the change of tint of paper we have other mood.

In opinion of author, using this old technique, it is possible to be deprived the "curse" of digital technologies, banality in the photographic art. Every exhibit of this exhibition is unique. As though living became due to the invoice of paper of pictures. Contemplating them under a different corner, we look after the great number of artistic nuances.

Yurij Kovalchyk applied this technology in the theme of nudes and afterwards intends to use in still lives and landscape. Except for high quality takes, possibly, a little unusual for Galichina of interpretation of appearances of pictures. But already those sweetish girls in sunflowers bothered indeed, in bushes, with a sun or toy-ship in hands. "A human body interests me only as mean by which it is possible to pass some certain state. Which his God of created, such it and it is to be, that natural, not artificial", - an artist speaks. We will take picture tree. It has a cora, notches, some branches of purpose, some are chippy. Grew and developed after an own plan, and he was sawed here... Consequently, maintenance of somebody is the state.

Did not want to assert that I is chairman of school, because, in essence, it is the revival of old technology, which consists in that photoartist makes a photographic paper. However until now this was a very deaf and incomprehensible theory. It is considered that in modern practice of her applying is impossible. In the handwork - much individual, much that does a photographer by master. Mass fascination will proceed by a digital technologies, and the real art however will be created by units.
